Job Description:
1. Responsible for market maintenance work, executing various marketing strategies of the company and achieving performance indicators;
2. Assist the General Manager in developing annual sales plans and budgets, and lead the team to achieve goals;
3. Organize various meetings or other business activities, collect information, organize data, provide feedback, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Regularly contacting important customers, establishing good cooperative relationships with them, and improving customer satisfaction;
5. Work closely with internal departments to jointly promote the development of market promotion work;
6. Collect and analyze market demand, regularly provide feedback on market information to superiors, and offer market promotion suggestions;
7. Follow up on the signing and payment collection of customer contracts;
8. Assist the leader in arranging other work tasks;
Job requirements:
1. 5 years of work experience in semiconductor design companies or Foundry, with a bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics preferred;
2. Having knowledge of mainstream Foundry processes or experience in memory chip design is preferred;
3. Priority given to background in storage chip design, Foundry, or sales;
4. Self driven, diligent and responsible in work, possessing good team spirit, learning and communication skills, and stress resistance, willing to accept challenges, possessing workplace resilience and the ability to focus on key areas;
5. Good English reading and reporting skills;
6. Can apply a certain frequency of business trips.
